By accessing this gallery, viewing, downloading, or ordering photos, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Access to the Gallery

This gallery is intended exclusively for:

• the individuals appearing in the photographs;

• their parents, legal guardians, or caregivers (where applicable);

• the client;

• and other persons who have been granted access by Ruzo.photo or the client.

The gallery link, any access codes, and download options are provided for personal use only and may not be shared with third parties without prior permission.

2. Copyright

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Ruzo.photo (Rudy van Zoelen), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Downloading or ordering photographs does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights.

3. Use of the Photographs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, downloaded photographs may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The photographs may not be:

• used for commercial purposes;

• resold;

• provided to third parties for commercial use;

• or otherwise exploited without the prior written permission of Ruzo.photo.

4. Editing the Photographs

The photographs represent the photographer’s creative work.

They may not be substantially edited, altered, or have filters applied that significantly change their style or appearance. Minor cropping, for example for social media, is of course permitted.

5. Privacy of Individuals

When sharing or publishing photographs, please respect the privacy of everyone who is clearly identifiable in the images.

Where required by applicable law, permission should be obtained from the individual concerned or, where applicable, their legal representative before publication.

6. Gallery Availability

Online galleries are made available for a limited period.

Ruzo.photo reserves the right to remove galleries and digital files after a certain period without prior notice. You are therefore advised to download and safely store your photographs.

7. Liability

Ruzo.photo takes great care in the secure storage and delivery of digital files.

However, no guarantee can be given that galleries or files will remain available indefinitely. Ruzo.photo is not liable for the loss of files after they have been removed from the online gallery.
